CaVSA working with the Hammersmith & Fulham ChangeUp Consortia has successfully secured £500,000 from the Big Lottery Fund to support organisations with forming consortia and tendering for contracts. CaVSA will manage and deliver this project with the ChangeUp Consortium providing an Advisory and Supporting function.
Over 5 years the project will support up to 100 organisations to form networks around 4 core service areas; achieve core quality assurance standards in each service area; form consortia; and secure contract and other funding to ensure their longer term sustainability.
The project will also link up with other value for money – back office support projects across London. The 4 core service areas around which the project will be organised reflects the main themes of the Local Strategic Partnership in Hammersmith & Fulham and will therefore work in co-operation with CaVSA’s networking and engagement team. The 4 service area themes are:
- Children, young people and families
- Health and Wellbeing
- Regeneration, employment and skills
- Safer and stronger communities
